1. What Equili is

Equili, by Equilibrium AI ("we", "us"), is a post-session poker study tool. It explains game-theory-optimal (equilibrium) strategy for hold'em spots you describe to it. It is an educational product.

2. Real-time assistance — prohibited

Equili is for post-session study only. You may not use Equili, or any output from it, to assist your decisions during a live or online poker hand ("real-time assistance" or "RTA"). RTA violates the rules of every major poker site and card room. Using Equili during play is a material breach of these terms and will result in immediate termination of your account without refund. Equili is not designed for, and must not be represented as being for, at-the-table use.

3. Accounts & eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Equili. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure.

4. Acceptable use

Don't attempt to scrape, resell, or reconstruct the underlying strategy library; don't probe the service for its internal structure; don't abuse the service or attempt to exceed your plan's limits through automated means.

5. Plans, billing & cancellation

Paid plans renew on the cycle you choose until cancelled. You can cancel any time from your account; access continues to the end of the paid period. Usage limits are described on the pricing page.

6. No warranty on results

Equili grounds its answers in solved strategies and verifies its numbers, but poker outcomes involve variance and factors outside any solved model. We make no guarantee of financial results.

7. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be communicated to account holders. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
