1. Your hands are yours

The hands you describe to Equili are your data and part of our shared trust. We do not sell them, and we do not send hand-history contents to third-party analytics services — analytics we run capture event names and counts only, never the contents of a hand.

2. What we collect

Account information (email, plan), usage counts (hands coached, features used) for enforcing plan limits and improving the product, and standard technical logs. We use your hands to generate your coaching and to improve Equili's quality.

3. What we don't do

We don't post on your behalf, don't share your play with other users, and don't attach your identity to any public content without your explicit action (for example, exporting a share card is your choice).

4. Processors

We use reputable infrastructure and payment providers to run the service. They process data on our behalf under their own security commitments.

5. Your controls

You can access, export, or delete your account data from your account settings, or by contacting us.

6. Changes

We'll communicate material changes to this policy to account holders.
